Hi I am Erin, I am a fully qualified fitness coach and personal trainer, with multiple qualifications in nutrition and fitness. I have done everything from circuit class, weight lifting, training for a Hyrox and Half Marathon. I have 10 years of gym experience, and wanted to turn my passion into a career to help people get to other goals whilst balancing it around their busy schedules.
